Ingredients for 4 people
- 800 G of net of lamb

- 2 shallots
- 2 dl of fresh cream
- 2 apples
- 1 C with sauce soya soup
- 75 G of butter
- 2 C with oil soup
- salt, pepper
Procedure
Make return the shallots finely chopped in a poêlon containing
