CAKE WITH OLIVES

 5 eggs beaten out of omelette
 320 gr. of flour
 1 yeast sachet
 1 oil glass
 25 Cl (1 glass) of white wine
 300 ham gr. crosses out of dice
 1 green olive pot dénoyautees (330 whole gr. is 160 gr. drained)
 200 rapé Gruyere gr.
 very small little salt

One mixes the whole and one puts has to cook in a buttered mould, average furnace TH 6-7.
