COTELETTES OF PIG TO MAPLE SYRUP
6 chops of pig 3/4 " (2 cm) thickness
Fat, salt and pepper with the taste
3/4 cup (190 ml) of apple juice
1/4 cup (60 ml) of MAPLE SYRUP LABONTÉ
2 C with table (25 ml) of flour
3 apples hollow and cut into two.
To melt a little fat in a thick frying pan until it is sparkling, to
gild the chops on the two sides, to season them slightly there salt and
poivrergénéreusement, to withdraw them frying pan.
To interfere the juice with apples, maple syrup and the flour, to thaw
the frying pan with this liquid.
To deposit the chops in this sauce.
To cover, mijoter on an average fire 30 minutes or to cook with the
furnace with 350°F (180°C).
To prepare
apples and to place an half-apple on each chop, to cover again and
finish cooking, 15 minutes approximately. The sauce will be thick and
consistent.
