HOCHEPOT A THE FLEMISH ONE.

   Ingredients for 6 to 8 people:

     300 grams of ear of pig,
     600 grams of feet of pig,
     125 grams of tail of pig,
     250 grams of salted bacon,
     600 grams of brisket of beef,
     600 grams of shoulder and chest of
     sheep,
     200 gram of carrots,
     200 grams of cabbage,
     1 onion,
     4 leeks,
     3 potatoes,
     salt and pepper.

   Preparation: 10 minutes, Cooking: 4 hours.

    To put the meats in a pot, to wet with 2 liters 1/2 of water, to add very little salt and pepper.
    To carry to boiling.
    To foam from time to time, let cook during 2 hours
    To add washed and peeled vegetables.
    To let cook 2 more with soft fires.
    To serve the bubble out of soup tureen with some vegetables then, in dish of resistance, meats and the remainder of vegetables.
