LAWYERS STUFFED WITH HAM

 2 ripe lawyers
 4 smoked ham sections in cubes
 4 celery branches out of dice
 juice of a lemon
 2 chopped shallots
 2 C oil olive
 1 clove of garlic chopped
 12 black olives

 To divide lawyers in 2 and to withdraw the flesh.
To preserve the shells.
To mix with the flesh the other ingredients except olives.
To stuff the shells with this mixture.
To decorate with olives.
To be useful.
