CHOPS OF PIG STUFFED OF MY FATHER

 8 chops of pig of 3/4 of inches thickness (which one will have
 split beforehand to form a pocket in order to be able to stuff them)
 Joke:
 1 fine chopped onion
 3 grated carrots
 2 grated celery branches
 salt, pepper
 thyme
 lemon juice
 Shake' N bake for the pig
 a little oil

 In a poêlon, to put a little oil which one makes heat. To add onions, carrots, celery and make cook but not completely. To salt and pepper
with the taste. To powder with thyme and sprinkle lemon juice (about 2 C with tea or more according to your taste). To let cool. Take the
chops of pig and fill them of the cooled joke. To facilitate the continuation, I sew the chops with wire of seam. It is not necessary to make
great points, the whole is only so that the joke cannot come out. Coat the chops with Shake' N bake for the pig. Deposit the chops on a
sheet and to put a knob of butter on each one. To cook on the grid of the center to 325 Farenheight degrees during approximately an hour.
When the chops are well gilded, you can turn them to semi-cooking. Serve 2 chops per anybody. (It is a rather good portion for people
which likes to eat). I am sure that you will make fury with this receipt.
