TURKEY OR CHICKEN AT THE COLETTE MAIDEN

 4 rice cups cooked (rice with long grains or fast cooking according to your
 serviceable time)
 2 cups or more according to your taste of chicken or turkey remainder
 2 boxes of mushroom cream (request health: less calories!)
 1 distinct mushroom box
 500 G of partially skimmed Mozarella cheese (for the same reason!)

 Deposit the rice cooked in the content of a pyrex dish of rather deep 13"X 9 ". Cut the pieces of turkey or chicken which are too large for
a mouthful.
To put these pieces in a layer on rice.
Mix the 2 boxes of mushroom cream with the juice of the mushroom box to make a smooth sauce of it.
Add distinct mushrooms and brew.
To extend sauce on chicken or turkey.
Grate cheese and strew the whole. To put at the furnace with 425 degrees F during 25 minutes. Is used 4 for 6 people according to their
appetite.
