HAM WITH BEER

 2,3kg(5lb) ham in the shoulder
 20 cloves entirety
 250 ml(1 cup) molasses
 10 ml(2c. with T.) mustard dries
 5 ml(1 C with T.) pepper
 250 ml(1 cup) beer
 1 large onion in districts

 Prechauffez the furnace with 230 C(450 F).
Remove the pork rind of ham.
Prick ham of cloves. Sink a lèchefrite of a large aluminium paper sheet.
Deposit ham in the medium.
In a bowl mix the molasses, mustard, pepper and the beer.
Pour on ham, add the onion districts.
Wrap ham in the aluminium paper. Seal, make cook with the furnace 15 minutes by 450g(1lb).
 Be useful hot or cold. They is completely delicious.
