PIE-CHART WITH TUNA
 For a pie-chart:
 1 package of puff pastry
 mustard
 1 tuna box to the naturalness
 3 tomatos or 1 brick of tomato purée
 salt - pepper
 rapé Gruyere

To spread out the puff pastry, to put it in a mould at pie-chart.
To whitewash the bottom with 2 or 3 spoon of mustard.
Émietter the tuna on mustard.
To cover tuna with tomatos cut out of discs or, to make faster, with the tomato purée.
To salt, pepper.
To powder with rapé Gruyere.
To put at the furnace (thermostat 6-7) and to let cook approximately 1/2 hour.
To accompany by a green salad.
