ANCHOVIES A THE CATALAN MAIDEN

To take 5 to 6 anchovies with salt, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 clove of garlic and 2 parsley strands finely chopped by anybody.
To put anchovies to de-salt and take the nets.
To align on the dish of service.
To decorate with the districts with hard-boiled egg.
To powder with persillade and to sprinkle with an olive oil net.
 Prepared the day before, they will be more consistent.
