THE ANCHOVIES MARINES WITH
LEMON
For 4 people
To take 500 G of fresh anchovy, to remove the heads by involving the
internal organs.
To take the nets.
To press 1 lemon, to peel 2 cloves of garlic and to cut them in fine
plates.
To align the nets in a hollow dish, to distribute garlic, to salt,
sprinkle lemon juice and to let marinate 4 hours with the refrigerator.
To drain the nets, to arrange them in a hollow dish, the olive oil
napper and to add 1 spoonful to lemon juice soup, to pepper and reserve

One can also make marinate anchovies in white wine vinegar during
