ANCHOVIES OF THE "COTE VERMEILLE"
4 fresh anchovies per anybody
4 cloves of garlic thin slice and 1 spoonful with olive oil coffee
by layer of anchovy
Éviscérer anchovies, to wash them, wipe them.
In a casserole, to lay out 1 layer of anchovy, 1 layer of garlic thin
slice, to sprinkle with oil.
To start again the operation until exhaustion of the ingredients. To
cover the casserole.
To make cook at very soft temperature on an electric plate during 30
minutes.
