The meat pellets are made with chopped meat (ox + pig) to which one
adds onion finely thin slice and
gilded with beure or oil, of the bread crumb soaked in milk, crushed
garlic and engraved parsley. One seasons and one mixes
the whole with an egg, one forms pellets or wafers which one passes
in chapelure and which one makes cook with the frying pan
in butter or hot oil 5 mn on each side.
